Items Out Of Stock?
Please keep in mind that monitors are running at all times and they will detect any changes at all on a website or specific product being monitored.
Should an online retailer make a change to an items stock, even if it is just adding one more quantity of that item, the monitoring program will detect this and send a notification in the discord.
It is very unlikely that the monitoring program is sending false pings or incorrect. The monitors are detecting changes on the online retailer's website.
If you receive a notification for an item restocking and by the time you click the link to navigate to the website it is out of stock then unfortunately this means one of two things:
Option 1: The quantity of the item restocked was very low and it has sold out by a manual user.
Option 2: The item restocking was checked out by bots or some type of automated program.
To have the most success on a drop or restock, there likely needs to be a fair amount of stock for the product in order to allow time to checkout.
Repetitive pings or notifications?
If you notice a monitor channel repeatedly pinging a certain item that you feel is excessive or incorrect, please reach out to our suppor staff. We have the ability to either remove items or try to adjust things in order to help.
